We are incredibly impressed with the service that we received from Red Alert, a top-tier sewer cleaning service. We had another well-known company come in to clean out our roots a week ago due to water backing up in our basement bathroom. After being reassured that the problem was addressed, we found ourselves facing the same issue again. When we called Red Alert, we spoke to Doug, who was very pleasant and professional. He assured us that someone would arrive as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours (on a Sunday), Doug and Scott arrived. They were friendly and conducted thorough customer feedback assessments to tackle the issue. The hard evidence of a large pile of wet roots they pulled from our sewer illustrated that the previous company had not lived up to their promises or higher charges. Scott and Doug not only fixed the problem but also ensured we understood everything they were doing. We were very impressed with their friendly personalities and the above-and-beyond effort they showed us. LOCALLY OWNED COMPANY DEMONSTRATING TRUE PRIDE AND SERVICE:  

I called late last evening to have my main sewer line cleaned because of tree roots. I informed them it wasn't an emergency and asked if they could come the following day. I secured an appointment for between 11-1 pm. They called the next day, confirming they would be there at 11 am. They cleaned the roots in a professional manner, explaining the sewer cleaning process clearly. Unlike the last company I hired, they left no mess behind. I was very pleased with the work from Bruce and Matt of Red Alert, who also offer a 6-month warranty, which is excellent. I plan to use them regularly every 18 months for preventative service. Excellent Value for Camera & Locating Service:  

Red Alert saved me a lot of money! While finishing my basement with a new bathroom, two plumbers found chaotic drain lines in my older home. I experienced major issues with my home sewer. Initially, I called a VERY well-known "National" sewer company, which quoted $295 for sewer cleaning due to a clog and backup in my basement floor drain. They arrived eight hours later and worked for about 25 minutes before claiming they couldn't help because it might be collapsed. They quoted $3000-6000 for digging up and repairing it. After they left, I called Red Alert, who came quickly, worked for about two hours, and successfully opened it up.
